Our Team

Artistic Managing Director, Shayna Goldberg (she/her), oversees the operational and programming aspects of the Norman Rothstein Theatre, including the annual Chutzpah! Festival. Prior to joining the Rothstein, Shayna produced concerts and theatre productions in venues across Vancouver. She most recently worked with Music on Main, where she was the chair of the Facility Committee for the 110 Arts Cooperative and managed the Vancouver Music Venue Project during the pandemic.

Technical Director, Holly Karpuik (they/them), provides professional technical assistance to NRT clients, including pre-event consultation and assistance with technical and design planning and implementation. In addition to providing schedule and cost estimates, Holly oversees the NRT’s team of highly skilled venue technicians and front-of-house staff. Holly has worked with both community groups and professional productions, including extensive experience with theatre for young audiences, and brings these skills to every event that comes through the NRT.

Artistic Producing Associate, Kitra Jeanne (they/them), oversees Front of House operations for the NRT, offering expert guidance on audience services, safety, security, and amenities such as concessions. They oversee the NRT’s team of friendly and experienced Front of House professionals and bring their attention to detail to every aspect of event production.
